Help the Rider to power the Turbo on.

Step 2

Ask the Rider check the connection between the battery and the main harness
Ask to release the battery
Ask to re-connect the battery, making sure the locking mechanism/lever fully engages and the battery sits flush in the downtube

Note: The bike would not power on if the battery is not connected properly to the main harness.
