Try these steps to power the Turbo on.

Step 2

Check the connection between the battery and the main harness
Release the battery
Re-connect the battery, making sure the locking mechanism/lever fully engages and the battery sits flush in the downtube

Note: The bike would not power on, if the battery is not connected properly to the main harness.
