All bikes with MasterMind displays are capable of showing these ride recording symbols when using Mission Control. They are visual indicators for riders about the current Mission Control recording status. Please ensure to always use the latest (display) firmware and Mission Control version.
SYMBOL | MEANING | NOTE |
![]() | Connected to Mission Control | This symbol stays visible on the display alongside any other applicable symbol. |
![]() | Ready to record a ride | With « Auto Start Active » toggled on in Mission Control, this symbol would automatically show after connecting to a phone with Mission Control running. |
![]() | Ride recording running | Ride recording is active at a bike speed ≥ 3 kph. Bike speed is measured by the speed sensor system of the bike. Mission Control also uses the bike speed (GPS in phone is used for location only). |
![]() | Ride recording paused | Ride recording is paused at a bike speed ˂ 3 kph. |
This feature is not yet live![]() | This feature is not yet live Ride recording ended This symbol would show after a rider manually ended the ride recording in Mission Control by keeping the « – » (minus) button on the remote pressed. Once the « end ride recording » command was received, the display would show this square symbol, end the ride and save it in Mission Control. | This feature is not yet live Note that manually ending ride recording through the remote would also reset any zeroable data on the MasterMind display. Data such as distance, ride time or gained elevation would be set to « 0 », in preparation for the next ride recording. Conversely, ending ride recording in Mission Control would also zero those display metrics. |
