Step 2
- Run remote diagnostics with the Rider (WSBC + Turbo Studio)
- Ask the Rider to upload the bike error log through Mission Control (‘Diagnose’ – ’Advanced Diagnostic’ – ’Send’)
- Enter the bike serial number (WSBC) in Turbo Studio to view the latest Event Log
- Give the Rider advice based on the User / Service Actions
- Note that Service Actions are meant to be performed by authorized Specialized Retailers only
