Try a different motor that is known to be functional Notes:
Connect all the components without fitting the new motor in the frame. Test with ‘walk assist’ from the handlebar remote. A new motor should only be fully fitted if the issue is solved with a new unit. This will save a lot of time should a replacement motor not be the solution.
Whilst testing another motor, Turbo Studio will prompt a Component Change. After completion, carry out any recommended updates to all components to fully check the system.
