Levo turns on when pushed back so that cranks rotate	If you spin the rear wheel backwards with a rapid push, the motor turns into a generator and the (MasterMind) TCU/bike turns on. If the backwards motion is continued, a motor error may show, but it can safely be ignored; simply clear it by restarting the bike. This is due to technical design and does not qualify as an issue.	Keep in mind Restart bike in case of false motor error

Bike does not power on with charger connected	Levo cannot turn on since the (MasterMind) TCU cannot activate the battery to support motor and TCU with power.	Disconnect charger and re-connect main harness to battery
Cannot check soc/monitor charge progress on (MasterMind) TCU during charging	(MasterMind) TCU screen stays dark during charging	• Use state of charge LEDs on battery for rough indication • To see soc on (MasterMind) TCU/TCD: unplug charger, re-connect main harness to battery, turn on bike/TCD
Levo Gen3 only: handle of battery connector can unclip under certain usage patterns	The handle is design to disconnect when pulling down towards ground or reaching a degree greater than 90° relative to the connector housing.	• This unclipping is intended per design to reduce/avoid stress on the cable if a Rider pulls on handle toward ground. • It is advisable to only pull up towards seat or perpendicular to the connector. This way the handle does not unclip • Handle can be replaced (S216800045)
