Scenario 1
The display does not start up fully, no motor support.
Symptoms:
- TFT display (color): only two dashes show in the speed field
- LCD display (monochrome): only battery symbol is blinking
- Meaning (both): The display only gets 12V, but the CAN communication is disabled
