Range Extender Battery: Cable Lengths

Guidelines

• Only use recommended bottle cage (Zee Cage) and ensure you use the screws installed on the bike and, if applicable, the needed washers
  • Longer screws and/or leaving away the needed washers can cause damage to the internal battery, if the RE is installed at the downtube
  • Never apply force to the downtube cage screws when you feel resistance during threading them in
• Always use the retention strap to additionally secure the RE in the cage
• Refer to mounting instructions in the Turbo bike manual

Technical RE cable length

• Cables from production June 2020 on have the cable length stamped at the battery connector. This means not all cables out in the field have the length stated directly on the housing.
• Technical RE cable lengths refer to visible cable length plus strain relief on battery-facing connector
