Help the Rider to power the Turbo on
Check functionality of the battery
Does the power button operate as normal?
Does button feel squishy or does it provide haptic feedback?
Does the battery accept charging?
Does the battery turn on outside the bike?
- Note: if it does, there most likely is an issue with the cabling/connectors

Note: If the Rider is using a second battery, ask them to install it in the frame and test the system.
