Step 2

• Ensure bike is turned off
• Unplug the motor-battery-cable from the battery
• Try to power the battery on when it is disconnected – if the battery turns on, this may indicate a motor issue
  • Note: An internal failure of the motor can prevent the battery from turning on when connected to the battery/bike
• Check all terminals for any signs of contamination or damage – clean or replace
  • Note: A damaged motor cable or battery socket can prevent the bike from powering on
