Ask Rider to ensure BLOKS. display does not sart in „Off“ mode after powering on

Ask Rider to verify walk assist is functional
A non-functional walk assist can indicate an issue with the remote itself, the Twistlock (display cradle) or motor
Ask Rider to inspect all visible cabling and the Speed Sensor system
Examine the cabling of the Twistlock, Remote and Speed Sensor
Check Speed Sensor system: Is the magnet on the rotor in tact and clean? Is the sensor in the dropout located correctly? A damaged or incomplete Speed Sensor system results in loss of motor support after a number of seconds
