Step 2
- Run remote diagnostics with Rider (WSBC + Turbo Studio)
- Ask Rider to upload bike error log through Mission Control (‚Diagnose‘ -‚Advanced Diagnostic‘ -‚Send’)
- Enter the bike serial number (WSBC) in Turbo Studio to view the latest Event Log
- Give Rider advice based on the User / Service Actions
- Note that Service Actions are meant to be performed by authorized Specialized Retailers only
