Try these steps to power the Turbo on.
Step 1
- It is possible that the internal MasterMind display battery has discharged. This means it needs to be charged for the bike to power on initially
- Connect a powered USB-C cable to the display to check the charge of the internal display battery
- Once you have plugged it in, the display will power on, but it is advisable to keep the MasterMind display connected to a charge source for about 30 minutes
At this point in time, it is also advisable to:
- Inspect the MasterMind TCD
- Check for signs of water ingress
- Check the USB C plug is in place and sealed
- If not sealed correctly, check ports for water ingress and corrosion
- Inspect the cables for any signs of
- Check the connectors are secure
Notes:
– MasterMind display batteries of new bikes/displays can be discharged or when the bike/display has been stored for a long period of time without riding or USB-charging
– Riding the bike powered on always charges the internal MasterMind battery
– Fully charging the internal MasterMind display battery will take up to 1.5 hours
