Help the Rider to power the Turbo on.
Step 3
- Ask the Rider to remove the battery to check the battery connectors
- Ask to check the battery connectors for any signs of contamination, damage, moisture or dirt
- Ask to inspect the contacts of the main harness inside the frame for any signs of contamination, damage, moisture or dirt
- If contaminated, ask to clean with a dry brush/compressed air
Note: The battery connector socket cannot be replaced or repaired. In case of permanent damage, the whole battery pack needs to be replaced.
