To successfully follow the diagnostics guidelines, it is recommended customer records are kept and all employees have access to the Service Website.

2.1 Customer Records

In order to offer your Riders a more efficient and personalized service experience, we would recommend you keep a record of the following to help support advanced diagnostics. In case you already maintain your own customer data base, make sure the information below is included, otherwise record this information in a simple and secure Excel table.

  • Rider full name
  • Rider contact number
  • Rider contact e-mail
  • Bike type(s)
  • Bike serial number(s) (WSBCxxxxxxxxxx)

2.2 Service Website

The Service Website offers you important help resources to complete service procedures as recommended in the troubleshooting guide.

  • User Manuals
  • Videos (e.g. on motor or harness replacement –including tools/torque values)
  • Schematics (e.g. on suspension, small parts, cabling –including tools/torque values)
  • Technical Bulletins (including tools/torque values)
  • Spare parts lists with order numbers

The resources above are included for all Turbo bike types.
