Context: Riders see User Actions for live errors reported by the Turbo system. If the User Action does not solve the problem, Riders can upload their latest ‘Advanced Diagnostic’ report to get further support from their Retailer. The transfer of the data requires a WiFi or cellular data connection. This process takes roughly 30 seconds. This enables Riders to seek first advice from their Retailers on what actions to take next.
