Make sure the motor settings are not set to ‘0’ or a very low number – especially with a low peak power setting, a Rider would feel little to no motor support
Check for Motor Data
Open the ‘Diagnose’ menu, then ‘Motor’
If there is no full set of motor data, either the motor-battery-cable is not connected properly, or it is damaged and needs to be replaced. Ask the Rider at bike handover to always switch the bike off before (re-) connecting to battery.
