4. Definition ‘Functional Issues’

By ‘functional issues’ we mean all issues where something is affecting the normal function of the Turbo E-bike system, e.g. a motor cutting off support under normal ride conditions.
We do not address:

• Issues that are not related to the Turbo e-bike system
• Scenarios in which the bike performs as it should, but the Rider has different expectations. These would be performance issues or expectation issues. An example would be a Rider ‘complaining’ about less motor output at low battery state of charge. This falls under ‘Normal System Behaviour’ which is covered by a table at the end of the Guide — click here to access it.
