  • What issues are you experiencing with your bike? (e.g. error message, unusual noise, no or intermittent motor support, etc.)
  • What are the conditions for the issue? (e.g. state of charge, uphill, temperature, weather, after washing, etc.)?
  • When did it happen and how often? (e.g. is this the first time or is it re-occurring)

After having gained a clear understanding of the issue, diagnostics can start, using the step-by-step guide within Turbo Studio. This guide allows you to:

  • Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals and framework of diagnosing Turbo bikes
